As a 24 year old guy I am getting really sick of all of these so called "cougars" who are really just a bunch of bitter old women who are the throw aways of men their own age. They say that women mature faster than men and while there are exceptions I would agree that this is generally true. So you have to ask yourself what kind of woman deliberately seeks out guys often young enough to be their sons for hook ups, dating and even long term relationships? One of the first things about most of these cougars that stands out is that they put a lot more emphasis on their looks than most women their age. A 20 something year old girl gets a pass for wearing low cut shirts and short shorts while showing off butt and boobs. This just looks freaking pathetic on a woman over the age of 35. What makes an older woman attractive is not her looks but her self confidence and being happy with who she is. I can't tell you how many times I have been accosted by older women at work(I manage a local branch of a very well known bank so I come into contact with plenty of 40 something women), in bars or even at clubs. When you turn down an older woman they are not good sports about it either. Wow, there is nothing sexier than a 40 something year old woman who throws a tantrum when she does not get her way. I have come the conclustion that these women over 40 are really selfish and don't have what it takes inside of them to make a relationship work so they go after younger guys because they are going to be naive compared to the men their age. I have a couple of buddies who have dated older women and both said the same thing which is that these women always have to be in control and calling the shots. That makes perfect sense in that no man their age is going to put up with crap like that. I think a lot of these cougars were probably hot enough to get good looking men their age when they were younger but now that they are older and their looks are fading they have nothing else going for them. 40 something men that hit on 20 something girls is just plain gross and it is NO different when older women do likewise. Sorry "cougars" but you are not sexy or cool, you are just the female version of a creepy old man.
