Ok, I know this is somewhat off topic but reminded me of an incident that happened with me a few years ago with a new man I was dating. We had gone over to his place for him to get ready to go out, and he checked his email, then went to take a quick shower. He didnt bother to shut the computer (laptop) and I was walking around his place, just checking it out (wasnt going through his things) and noticed on his screen an email with my name in it to another woman...curiosity got the better of me and I opened up the thread and read through it. Was somewhat shocking how much he had shared about us w/this girl who was a good friend of his (I dont divulge details to friends so I was a bit surprised at the graphic nature of the chat). Later that day I told him I'd read it b/c I'd seen my name in the email that was open and though he wasnt mad I was feeling sooo guilty.

Still find it a bit odd though at how much he'd shared with this person who did not know me and was making some pretty harsh statements and judgements about me without ever having met me...

Not something I'd do again, as I'm not one to want to know what other people are saying about me especially people who dont even know me, but lesson learned.
